No interpreters are available for an appointment

Issue: No interpreters (or not all of them) are available when trying to add interpreter to an appointment 

 

When adding interpreters to an appointment, you will only see those interpreters whose permissions for the following match the appointment:

  • language pair
  • service type 
  • communication type


To check that permissions are set correctly - navigate to Configuration -> Interpreters -> Permissions. Make sure that all applicable communication types are selected, and that the language pair and service type is added.
