Boostlingo allows you to prioritize, call only, and exclude interpreters from On Demand calls at the account level. Additionally, BHub interpreters can be excluded at the system level to prevent them from being routed to all accounts. The following article will walk you through how to do so.
At the account level, view or edit these lists by going to Members>Accounts, clicking into the account, and accessing the Routing tab where the lists are deactivated by default.
Priority and Call Only Interpreters (Account Level)
- To Enable the Priority Interpreter list, click the Edit button. This will generate a pop-up:
- Toggle On the interpreter call list to enable the Priority Interpreter feature.
- Select the Mode:
- Prioritize: The interpreters on this list will be the first bucket rung for any incoming On Demand calls. If they do not pick up, the call will go out to other interpreters as well but will continue ringing for the priority interpreters until the call is answered.
- Call Only: Only interpreters in this list will be notified of On Demand calls for this client. No other interpreters will be rung. Note: You can select either Prioritize or Call Only
- Add interpreters to the list by clicking on “Choose Users…” This will generate a dropdown list where you can select interpreters, alternatively, type their name to filter the list.
- Once you have selected all relevant interpreters, click Save Changes.
- You can now see the list of Prioritized/Call Only interpreters from the Routing page:
Do Not Call List (Account Level)
Before you set up the Interpreter Do Not Call List for an Account, it is deactivated by default.
- To Enable the Do Not Call list, click the Edit button. This will generate a pop-up:
- Toggle On the interpreter call list to enable the Do Not Call list feature.
- Add interpreters to the list by clicking on “Choose Users…” This will generate a dropdown list where you can select interpreters, alternatively, type their name to filter the list.
- Once you have selected all relevant interpreters, click Save Changes.
- You can now see the list of blacklisted interpreters from the Routing page:
BHub Exclusions (System Level)
To prevent routing to a specific BHub interpreter for all On Demand calls for all accounts:
- Navigate to Configuration>Company>Calls. Select Edit next to BHub exclusions.
- Within the popup enter the interpreter ID you wish to exclude and click Add. Select Save changes once complete.
