When looking at Call logs, you are able to sort by Call Status:

The call status filter is set to Connected by default. You will need to change the filter in order to see Calls in other statuses.

Defining Call Log Statuses

Connected:

  • The requestor was successfully able to connect to an interpreter.

Abandoned:

  • The requestor ended the call before an interpreter joined.

OR

  • An interpreter attempted to answer the call, but due to technical issues on the requestor and/or interpreter's side, the call was not able to connect.

Unfulfilled:

  • The call went through operator intake, but was not connected to an interperter.

OR

  • The call went to a third-party call center, but was not connected to an interpreter.

Rollover:

  • The call was originally routed as a VRI (Video Remote Interpreting) call, but there were no VRI interpreters available, so the call type changed was changed to an OPI (Over the Phone Interpreting) call.

OR

  • The call was originally routed to an AI interpreter, and the requestor opted to switch to a human interpreter.
