Can I change the currency shown in Boostlingo?

Yes! 

To change the currency, go to Configuration > Billing > Currency and click on the Edit button:

 

This will generate a pop-up that will allow you to change the currency.

You can also choose whether the currency symbol is visible to interpreters and requestors. Use this option if you have customers with different currencies, as it is not possible to have more than one active currency selection at a time.
