Customize Call Log CSVs

It is possible to both select the columns that you want to download for your Call Logs, and to select the order in which the columns will appear. 

1. Navigate to Dashboard > Logs. Click on the download button in the upper-right-hand corner. Click on 'Download Select Columns to CSV'. 

2. Select the columns you would like to include on your export, then click on Fields Selected at the bottom-left corner of the pop-up. This will bring you to the column sort view. 


3. Once you are happy with the order of your columns, click Download CSV

4. Your browser will automatically remember your column selection and order for other downloads within the same session.
