Troubleshooting: Generate Mobile Logs

Mobile error logs can now be shared to Boostlingo Support directly from the Unified app. To send logs, tap the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the app to enter the app menu then tap Settings.

Tap the “Send Logs” option then select your default email service and email the logs file to Boostlingo Support or your Language Agency admin.
