Notification settings are configured at the device-level by navigating to the device settings, tap Apps & Notifications, then select the Interpret Manager app. Once selected, tap Notifications.
Note: If using Android 8.0 (Oreo) or newer, there are additional options for configuring notification settings for announcements, appointments, appointment notes, billing, and calls.
