Interpreters registered with more than one language services company are called multi-account interpreters. These interpreters will see a unified calendar in their app, meaning that all of the interpreter’s scheduled appointments are visible in the app, regardless of which LSC is associated with the appointment.
The caller in the mobile app is also unified, so an interpreter can be online for on-demand calls for multiple LSCs at once.
An interpreter can view the list of LSCs they work with by tapping the 3 horizontal lines at the top left to enter the navigation menu, then tap Accounts.
