Viewing Call Logs

Call logs can be accessed in the Unified mobile app by tapping the 3 horizontal lines at the top left of the app to enter the app menu, then selecting Call Logs. The information displayed in the call logs include:

  • the call ID
  • from/to languages
  • service type
  • communication type (OPI or VRI)
  • the date and time that the call took place
  • the duration of the call
