Branding Images

Image Types

You can upload four image types on the Branding page.

SignIn Logo

The SignIn logo will show when users are signing into your custom URL, as shown here outlined in red:

Main logo

The main logo will show in the corner above the site menu to the left of the screen. It is also visible in the mobile app.

Email Logo

The email logo will show in notification emails.

Favicon

This is the image that appears next to your LSC name in the tab bar. The favicon must be uploaded as a .ico file.

Importing Images

File types:

  • PNG, JPEG, and GIF files are supported for SignIn Logo, Main Logo, and Email Logo.
  • For Favicon, the only file type supported is .ico. You will not see the option to set an image as the favicon unless it is imported as a .ico file.

To import and image, click Upload Images and select the image file from your computer.

Cropping Images

  • Branding images must fit certain parameters.
  • After you import a file, you will see the option to Crop it to fit the parameters for the image type by clicking 'Crop Image to Placeholder'. You can then select which part of the uploaded image to retain.
  •  You can also click 'Crop Image' to crop it to a different size. The image will be distorted to fit the parameters if it is not cropped to the placeholder.

Delete Images

To delete an image, click into it and then click 'Delete Image.'
