Notifications by Type (Appointments)

Notifications are applicable for both appointments as well as invoicing. Notifications for appointments allow one to stay up-to-date and informed when a new appointment is created or when changes occur within an appointment that has already been scheduled.

Please note that the specific information included in a notification will vary based on the role of the user the notification is being delivered to. As an example, a notification for a scheduled OPI appointment will include information on joining that call for the requester of that appointment but that information would be omitted for users who are not a participant of the appointment itself.

For Appointments

Below are the notification types which are configurable for appointments.

 

Created

Created notifications are distributed when a new appointment is created by an LSC administrator or requestor administrator.

Default: send to Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Email

 

Assigned

The Assigned notification is delivered when one or more interpreters have been invited to participate in an appointment by an LSC administrator. 

Default: send to Interpreter, Watcher via email

 

Assignment Accepted

The Assigned Accepted notification is delivered when at least one interpreter has accepted the invitation to join an appointment.

Default: send to Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Default Admin via Email 

 

Interpreter Declined

The Assignment Accepted notification is sent out when an interpreter has declined the invitation to an appointment.

Default: send to Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Default Admin via Email

 

Participation Canceled

Participation Canceled notifications are delivered when an interpreter who had previously accepted an invitation to an appointment cancels his/her participation in the appointment.

Default: send to Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Default Admin via Email

 

Interpreter Unassigned

This notification is delivered when an LSC administrator has unassigned an interpreter who had previously accepted the invitation to an appointment.

Default: send to Interpreter, Watcher via Email

 

Scheduled

The Scheduled notification is delivered when all interpreters required for an appointment are confirmed by an LSC administrator.

Default: send to Interpreter, Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Email

 

Scheduled Interpreter Participation Canceled

This notification is delivered when an interpreter who was previously scheduled to participate in an appointment cancels his/her participation.

Default: send to Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Email  

 

Scheduled Interpreter Unassigned

This notification is delivered when an LSC administrator unassigns an interpreter who was previously scheduled for an appointment.

Default: send to Interpreter, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin via Email

 

Pre-Start Notification

The Pre-Start Notification is sent 5 minutes prior to the start time of an appointment. The interpreter will receive a notification asking to confirm if the appointment will start on time.

Default: send to Interpreter via Email 

 

On-Time

On-Time notifications are sent when an interpreter confirms that an appointment will start on time.

Default: send to Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Email

 

Delayed

Delayed notifications are delivered when an interpreter confirms that an appointment will not start on time (will be delayed).

Default: send to Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin via Email

 

Completed

At the end time of a scheduled appointment, the interpreter will receive a notification asking to confirm if the appointment will end on time.

Default: send to Interpreter via Email

 

End Time Confirmed

When an interpreter confirms that an appointment will end on time, the End Time Confirmed notification will be sent out to any system roles setting within the notification settings card.

Default: send to Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Deafult Admin via Email

 

End Over Time Confirmed

When an interpreter confirms that an appointment will extend past the scheduled time, the End Over Time Confirmed notification will be sent out to any system roles setting within the notification settings card.

Default: Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Email

 

Cancelled

The Cancelled notification is delivered when an appointment is automatically cancelled (if no interpreters had confirmed participation), or manually by a participating party for the appointment.

Default: send to Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Email, Web

 

Time Revised by Interpreter

After an appointment has ended, if an interpreter has confirmed or updated the actual start and end time for the appointment, the Time Revised by Interpreter notification will be delivered.

Default: send to Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Email

 

Time Revised by Admin

After an appointment has ended, if an LSC administrator has confirmed or updated the actual start and end time for the appointment, the Time Revised by Admin notification will be delivered.

Default: send to Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requstor Admin via Email

 

OPI/VRI Notification

The OPI/VRI Notification is delivered 7 minutes, 15 minutes, and/or up to 1 hour before the start time of an OPI/VRI scheduled appointment. Users who receive this notification will also receive an OPI/VRI notification at the start time of an appointment.

Default: send to Interpreter, Requestor via Email, Web

 

Draft Approved

The Draft Approved notification is delivered when an appointment has been approved by the Requestor Admin associated with the appointment.

Default: send to Requestor via Email 

 

OPI/VRI Time Changed

If the start and/or end time for an OPI/VRI scheduled appointment has been altered or changed, the OPI/VRI Time Changed notification will be delivered to the selected system roles.

Default: send to Interpreter, Requestor, Watcher, Root Requestor Admin via Email, Web

 

Appointment Changed

The Appointment Changed notification is delivered when a change in the appointment (such as the date or time) has occurred.

Default: send to Interpreter, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Admin via Email

 

Appointment Changed, Reconfirm Required

The Appointment Changed, Reconfirm Required notification will be delivered when a change in an appointment (such as the date or time) has occurred, however reconfirmation of the appointment is required by participating parties.

Default: send to Interpreter via Email  

 

Appointment Changed, Opportunity Lost

The Appointment Changed, Opportunity Lost notification will be delivered when a change in an appointment (such as the date or time) has occurred, however, the appointment opportunity has passed.

Default: send to Interpreter via Email 

 

Signature Complete

When all parties have provided signatures for an appointment, the Signature Complete notification will be delivered.

Default: send to Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Admin via Email

 

Notes Received

The Notes Received notification is delivered when a new note is added to an appointment.

Default: send to Intrepreter, Requestor, Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Default Admin via Web, Push, Email, SMS

 

Expense Added

When a new expense is added to an appointment by an interpreter, the Expense Added notification will be delivered to the selected system roles.

Default: send to Interpreter Root Admin, Watcher via Email, Web

 

Scheduled Conference Call

The Scheduled Conference Call notification will be sent out when all interpreters required for an appointment have been confirmed by an LSC administrator.

Default: send to Requestor, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Anonymous, Consumer via Email

 

Conference Call is Cancelled

This notification can be configured to send out a message if/when an appointment that is scheduled to have more than two parties is automatically cancelled (if no interpreters were scheduled), or manually by another participating party within the appointment.

Default: send to Requestor, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Anonymous, Consumer via Email

 

Conference Call Participants has Changed

This notification can be configured to send out a message if/when a change in the participants occurs for an appointment that is scheduled to have more than two parties.

Default: send to Requestor, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Anonymous, Consumer via Email

 

Conference Call has Changed

The Conference Call has Changed notification can be configured to send out a message if/when a change occurs for an appointment that is scheduled to have more than two participating parties.

Default: send to Requestor, Requestor Root Admin, Default Requestor Admin, Anonymous, Consumer
