End User Registration (LSC Admin)

Boostlingo allows organizations to give their end users the ability to register their own accounts through a secure, account-specific registration link. Only LSC administrators can enable or modify end-user registration settings.

Enable End User Registration

1. Navigate to Members > Accounts and click into the account for which you want to enable End User registration.

2. Navigate to the Info tab.

3. Locate the End User Registration section.

4. Click Edit.

5. Toggle End User Registration to On. This will generate a link you can copy and send to users within the organization. 

6. Select the preferred setting for newly registered users:

   • Deactivated by Default — LSC Admin will need to activate the account.

   • Auto-Enabled — Users are automatically activated upon completing registration.

7. Click Save Changes to activate end-user registration is active for this account.

8. Send the link to the Requestor Admins who can share it with members of their organization.

End-User Registration Process

1. Copy + paste the registration link into your URL bar. 
2. Fill in your email address and click the box next to 'Agree to Terms and Conditions.'
3. Click Create Account. 
4. Fill out the required fields: 
   1. First Name
   2. Last Name
   3. Native language (Select English if in doubt).
   4. Select Service Type. 
   5. Enter password.
   6. Confirm password.
5. Click Create Account. 
6. Check the inbox for the email address used to create your account. You should receive an email with the subject line 'Please confirm your registration.'
7. From this email, click Confirm E-mail to complete registration. You will be taken to a screen in your browser confirming your registration.
8. You should now be able to sign in using the username and password provided.
