When Appointment Rates are Applied

When making rate changes it is important to note that rates are not applied retroactively. Any rate changes you make will apply to appointments created after the change and will not apply to appointments that are already scheduled, in progress, or completed.

Scheduled appointment rates lock-in at a specific time:

  • Account Rates are locked in at the time the appointment is Created.
  • Interpreter Rates are locked in at the time that the appointment is moved to Scheduled status (i.e. when the interpreter is confirmed for that appointment).

For any major pricing changes, we recommend scheduling time with your Account Manager prior to making the changes.
