When a meeting is Completed, logs can be found in the following places:
- Dashboard -> Logs -> Scheduled or In Person tab (depending on appointment type)
- Appointment Viewer -> Activities tab
When viewing in Dashboard -> Logs -> Scheduled or In Person tab (depending on appointment type) it will look like this:
Clicking on the appointment record will open up the “Call Participants” dialog with more details on the total conference duration and separate durations for each participant).
If Call Recording is enabled for your company account, it will be shown at the bottom of this dialog. Immediately after the meeting ends, it will be shown as “Processing…” and will become available in a few minutes.
After processing is complete, the video will be available to view and download and will be accessible in the logs for 90 days.
When viewing in the Appointment Viewer -> Activities tab it will look like this:
