Client accounts, also called requestor accounts, have 3 kinds of users:

Root Requestor Administrator - the first person invited to a requestor account is automatically the Root Requestor Admin. Each account is required to have at least one Root Requestor Admin at all times.

Root Requestor Administrators can:

  • add or remove admin privileges from others
  • invite other admins/users
  • deactivate admins/users
  • make appointments and calls

Permissions cannot be adjusted for Root Administrators. If you need to swap Root status to another user, ask your account manager.

Note: This means it is not possible to hide Billing information from the Root Requestor Admin.

Default Administrator - is one step below Root Requestor Admins regarding privileges.

Default Administrators can:

  • add or remove admin privileges from others
  • invite users
  • deactivate users
  • make appointments and calls

Admin privileges can be adjusted by using Custom Roles.

Requestor - has limited permissions primarily focused on interpretation services.

Users can:

  • make appointments and calls
  • cannot see call logs or appointments

Requestor privileges can not be adjusted.
