Multifactor Authentication

Users can increase the security on their profiles by configuring multifactor authentication (MFA). MFA will be supported on both the web application and mobile apps, protecting the system on any device. Users can configure the following authentication options:

• SMS Authentication: provide a mobile number during the setup process and receive secure SMS codes for login verification
• Email Authentication: configure an email address to receive secure verification codes for login
• Authenticator Apps: sync a compatible authenticator app, such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator, to generate secure verification codes for login

Individual Authentication Control

• Users have the flexibility to configure their preferred authentication types

Additional Improvements

Introducing a highly anticipated quality of life feature in our IMS platform: users can now customize and save their preferred calendar views. This enhancement allows admins to effortlessly switch between Calendar, Tabular, or Resource views based on their individual needs, enhancing productivity and organization.

 Many bugs squashed in this release.

Version 6.1 also delivers improved stability and enhanced performance to support a seamless and reliable user experience.
