What’s New:

Workstation Mode

Introducing Workstation Mode, a mobile feature designed to alleviate the challenges of multiple users sharing a single device. With this update, requestor administrators can activate Workstation Mode, allowing users to log in using their IVR PIN instead of email and password. This simplifies access for shared devices and enables administrators to monitor the activity of individual users.

Localization Framework

Exciting news for our international customers! We’ve introduced a localization framework for iOS devices, starting with support for the French Canadian language to better serve our Canadian customers. This framework makes it easier to add more supported languages in the future.

Interpreter Intake on iOS

Interpreter intake is now available for LSC’s internal interpreters on iOS devices!  This feature is limited to internal interpreters of LSCs, as our BPIN interpreters are not permitted to use mobile devices for responses. Please contact your account manager for more information on enabling this feature for your organization.

Enhanced MDM Configurations

Building on our previous update, we’re introducing additional Mobile Device Management (MDM) configurations to improve security and user experience:
  • Pre-filled Email and Password: Streamline the login process by pre-defining user email and password for the ‘Sign in with Email’ option, allowing the app to skip the Sign-in screen upon launch.
  • Customizable Sign-In Options: Tailor the available sign-in methods to meet your organization’s requirements. Configure the app to display only the selected sign-in methods, and if only one method is available, it’s automatically chosen at the login screen, simplifying access.

Bluetooth Audio Output Selection

Users can now easily select their preferred Bluetooth audio output within the app, eliminating the need to disconnect/reconnect their Bluetooth device or navigate device settings.

Access Web Appointment Documents on Mobile

Documents uploaded to appointments on the web are now accessible through the mobile app, ensuring you have all necessary information at your fingertips.

Additional Profile Fields Editable for Interpreters:

Interpreters without computer access can now edit more fields in their profile information. They have the ability to update their phone number and gender, providing more control over their personal information directly from their mobile device.

Additional Updates:

  • Bug fixes and improvements.
  • Optimizations for better app performance.
