ANDROID RELEASE VERSION: 2.6
What’s New:
Workstation Mode
Introducing Workstation Mode, a mobile feature designed to alleviate the challenges of multiple users sharing a single device. With this update, requestor administrators can activate Workstation Mode, allowing users to log in using their IVR PIN instead of email and password. This simplifies access for shared devices and enables administrators to monitor the activity of individual users.
Interpreter Intake on Android
Interpreter intake is now available for LSC’s internal interpreters on Android devices! This feature is limited to internal interpreters of LSCs, as our BHub interpreters are not permitted to use mobile devices for responses. Please contact your account manager for more information on enabling this feature for your organization.
