Requestor Admin Access to Call Recordings
Requestor Admins can now listen and download on-demand call recordings from the platform directly. Additionally, requestors can view pre-call and other details directly in the platform.  

Infrastructure Upgrade
Our application framework has been upgraded, bringing a host of new performance enhancements and improved security measures that will enhance the overall user experience.

No PIN IVR Configuration
An IVR number can be configured to reach an interpreter without requiring entry of a PIN. Please contact your account manager to learn more about this configuration.

Bug Fixes
This release includes various performance improvements and minor bug fixes to enhance overall user experience.
