Update Requestor Name for Onsite Appointments

Users can now specify a requestor name during the signature collection process for onsite appointments, even if it wasn’t added earlier. 
 

New Post-Call Experience for Requestors

  • Enhanced Call Logs: Requestors can now access additional call details and pre-call fields directly from the call logs after the call.
  • AI Transcriptions and Summaries: If enabled, transcriptions and AI-generated summaries will also appear on the new post-call screen, providing quick and detailed insights from the call.

End of Support for Android 6

  • Starting with this release, our app will no longer support Android 6 (Marshmallow). The minimum required Android version is now Android 7 (Nougat) to ensure the best experience.
  • If you are using an older device, please update to a newer Android version to continue using the app. For any questions, reach out to our support team.
