Interpreter Availability

Interpreters will see a new Availability tab in their dashboard where they can enter their schedules and availability for onsite or remote jobs. Interpreters can enter their own schedules, or LSC Admins can assign schedules to an interpreter.  When inviting interpreters to a new appointment, LSC Admins will have visibility into the availability of all eligible interpreters.

 

New Consumer Types

Consumers added to scheduled appointments can now be labeled as Patient or Defendant.

 

Account Viewer Calendar

Within the Account Viewer, the Calendar Tab has been hidden as we work on improving that area.  To view all appointments for an account, navigate to the Appointments Module and the Accounts filter.

 

Other Important Updates

  • New policy configurations and workflows to support future beta feature releases.
  • Additional routing requirements available in call logs.
  • The on demand caller is supported up to 200% zoom for interpreters and requestors on the web-based portal.

 

Performance Enhancements + Bug Fixes

This release includes various performance improvements and minor bug fixes to enhance overall user experience.
