Requestor Admins can Access Zoom Links

Requestor Admins now have access to configuration information about Zoom integration setup for each user in their organization, saving time and reducing the need for escalations to support or other root administrators. 

Additional Enhancements

• Administrators can prevent requestors from editing their profiles, ensuring consistent data across the organization.   

• The third party billing field can now be a requirement when creating a new appointment.
  
  
• Call recording is now available for calls across all supported regions.
   

Performance Enhancements + Bug Fixes 

In scope of this release, we have implemented various performance improvements and minor bug fixes to enhance overall user experience, including

• Addressed issues with some third party dial outs
• Resolved unexpected workstation mode redirects
• Minimum rules on rate cards are applied as expected
