AI Interpreter Beta Enhancements
- AI Interpreter is now available in the web! Requestors can choose to access an audio, video, or AI interpreter from their web caller. Contact your account manager if you are interested in joining the Beta.

Rollover: Requestors can now choose to initiate a call with AI and rollover to a live interpreter mid-conversation.
AI Transcriptions and Summaries Enhancements
- Role Management: Access to transcriptions and summaries can be controlled for admins through custom role management.
New for Requestors
- Post Call Comment: In addition to a star rating, requestors can leave a comment about their experience and provide feedback to the interpreter management team.
- Post Call Transcript: Requestors utilizing AI transcriptions and summaries can click a link from the post-call screen to be taken directly to the call logs.
- New Feature Settings: Root Requestors can control access to some features within their organization, including beta features or other future features.
