AI Interpreter Enhancements

  • AI Interpreter is now available in IVR! (BETA) Requestors can choose to access an audio or AI interpreter during the call flow.  Contact your account manager if you are interested in joining the Beta.
  • New Communication Type: AI Interpreter is now listed as a communication type in the platform allowing reporting and billing for this modality.
  • Call Recording: Like other OPI calls, AI Interpreter calls can be optionally recorded and accessed in call logs.


Other AI Interpreter Enhancements

  • Provide Rollover Feedback: When choosing to switch from an AI to live interpreter, the requestor can provide feedback in real time.
  • Analytics Dashboard: AI Interpreter calls are now reported in the Analytics tab, unlocking insight into how requestors are accessing interpretation.
  • New Setting: AI Language Detection is now included in AI Features Policies and can be configured by Root Requestor Admins in Features Access.


This release also includes a few minor bug fixes to enhance overall user experience.
