Enhancements

Over 15 enhancements, including:

• Ability to filter Account rates based on Service Type policies, Language policies and more.  Rates only show to Accounts based on the services they use.
• Appointment notes notifications.  Get email, PUSH and SMS notifications when someone adds a note for your appointment
• Ability to add PRECALL forms specific to a USER in an account.  No longer at JUST the account level.
• Rates rounding now can go either up or down based on rules set on the rate card.
• IVR Customizable company name.  Choose no greeting or customize a company name to be announced when a call connects

CSV Exports

• More fields added to all exports including, but not limited to: Interpreter ID, From Number, Requestor PIN
• Ability to export Account/Requestor profile custom fields to CSV

Over 50 bugs fixes and optimizations through application.  Call Logs and Report optimizations for faster loading.
