Webhook Support for Appointments

Using Boostlingo to source interpreters into your own scheduling system? This new functionality allows our partners to create Webhook policies with their client accounts as members and sync appointment events to a webhook for third-party integrations.

Setting Custom PINs for Clients

LSC administrators no longer need to reach out to Boostlingo Support to set the custom PINs for their clients. As long as the IVR number is unique for an account, admins can edit their customers PINs with 4 digits minimum requirement.

Access to BPIN from CA server

Our Canadian customers now have access to Boostlingo Professional Interpreter Network! 

Operator Queue

In this release we are adding an Operator Queue functionality. If the operator is currently busy, we are giving them some extra time to finish the call and take the next one to ensure that intake forms gets filled out by an operator before the call gets routed to an interpreter.

Intake Form pre-set answers

In the same spirit of streamlining the intake form processing, “N/A” and “Not Provided” pre-set answer options are added to the text fields.

Service Announcement Alert

We are constantly working on minimizing the downtime during the scheduled system maintenance. But when it does occur, all our users will now see the Service Announcement Alert right in the app notifying about the maintenance time window and approximate downtime duration. 

Changes to the Scheduled OPI/VRI Call Flow

Requestor no longer needs to click the Begin Call button after joining the scheduled meeting. We are automating this process and introducing a true conference call experience.

  • Interpreter will now see “Meeting hasn’t started” screen when they are the first attendee to join, and will be automatically admitted to the conference once requestor has joined
  • Requestor joins the conference immediately and can dial out to the third party even before interpreter is in the conference
  • Introducing the Waiting Room. Requestor can now send an interpreter or a third party to the meeting room and re-admit when ready to continue the conversation
  • Accurate and detailed activity log is now available in the Appointment Logs and in Appointment Viewer Activity tab.
