AI Interpreter Enhancements

  • AI Interpreters can now be used in Direct Dial configurations.
  • Calls with an AI Interpreter can now include a third party participant on web or IVR.

 

This release also includes a few minor bug fixes to enhance overall user experience, including resolving issues with a small subset of users intermittently logged out of mobile apps.
