Note: The Boostlingo Teams application is only available for Scheduled Calls, not impromptu calls.

To add an interpreter to your Teams call, select the Language, Service type, and audio/video toggle in the Boostlingo caller panel on the right side of your call.

To modify your native language or preference for the gender of the interpreter, click on the ellipsis in the upper-right-hand corner of the caller.

This will generate a pop-up that allows you to select a language and gender selection from a list. Once you the selections are correct, click Apply.

Once you have configured your call settings, click Call.

The call will then begin routing to available interpreters:

Once an interpreter has accepted the call, you will see their name in the Boostlingo app pop-out.

Click Admit to allow the interpreter to join the call.
