LSC Administrators can edit the Subject Line, Preheader Text, and email body for certain notifications types. Notifications are customizable per recipient Role.
Note: Currently, this feature is only available for the Scheduled Notification.
1. To Customize your notifications, navigate to Configuration > Company > Communications and select the notification type you would like to edit.
2. Click on the "Customize" tab of the notification pop-up.
3. Before you will be allowed to edit the fields, you must select a Role Recipient. You are able to customize notifications for both system roles and custom roles.
4. Edit the appointment Subject line, preheader text, and email body. You can revert to the default using the Use Default button.
5. Click Save when you are done modifying the notification emails.
Note: If you remove {AppointmentFields}, this will remove the appointment details from the email body!

What is Preheader Text?
The preheader text is the header at the top of the notification email. See the circled text below for an example.
Can I decide which Appointment Fields are included in a notification?
Currently, this is only possible using field privacy, which is set up in the Appointment Form Policy. Field Privacy only applies to interpreters; the fields shown to Requestors and Administrators are static. Please reach out to your Account Manager for any questions about this functionality.
Why do some users not see the changes I implemented to the notification?
Please ensure that they are currently in a role type that has customization for the appointment. The email must be customized for all role recipients separately.
Why did the appointment details disappear after I customized the appointment?
This will happen if the text {AppointmentFields} is removed from the email body. If you want appointment details included in the email body, simply re-add the text {AppointmentFields} to the body of the email.
