Dialing an AI Interpreter over IVR
- Dial your IVR number and enter your PIN.
- Select a language. If the language you have selected has AI interpreter available, the system will prompt you to press 1 to dial a human interpreter and press 2 to dial an AI Interpreter.
- Once you are connected to an AI Interpreter, it is automatically in Always Listening Mode.
Human Rollover
- Press '*0' or tell the AI Interpreter you want to switch to a human interpreter.
- The IVR system will ask you to confirm your selection.
- Once you confirm, the call will route to human interpreters. Your pre-call information and service type is retained along with your language selection.
Limitations
The following is not yet supported for AI Interpreter over IVR:
- Interpreter or Operator intake
- No-PIN IVR numbers
- SIP Calls
- Post-call rating
