Using web app

Click the + sign in the upper-right-hand corner.

Select the Country* you are dialing out to, and enter the phone number.

*Note: Third-party dial-out is not supported for all countries' area codes. Please reach out to your LSC admin or account manager for more information.

Navigating Phone Trees

If the number you are dialing requires you to enter an extension or navigate a phone tree, you will need to use the secondary dialer. Please note this icon will be greyed out unless it is available for use.

Using the InterpretManager mobile app

Android: Add an Additional Party to a Call (Android App)

iOS: Add an Additional Party to a call (iOS App)

Using IVR

Before searching for interpreters, the IVR system will prompt you to enter a phone number. Enter the phone number including the country code (1 for US phone numbers) then press #.

Note: if you do not hear this option in the IVR menu it is due to your account configuration. Interpreters will still be able to dial out on your behalf once you are connected.
