Within Boostlingo, it is possible for interpreters to register with more than one LSC using the same email address.
Multi-account interpreters should always use the generic Boostlingo URL when logging into their web portal instead of branded URLs.
Active LSC
The name of the LSC for which you are currently active will be displayed in the upper-right-hand corner of your screen next to the notifications icon.
Some features will be available for all of your enabled LSCs, and for others you will need to switch your Active LSC. See a list of both below.
Unified features
Some features will be available for all enabled LSCs, regardless of which one is currently Active.
- Appointments for all LSCs are shown in your calendar.
- Calls for all LSCs will route to you. See below to turn off calls from a given LSC: Call Permissions
- Profile information, such as your name and address, will be the same across all LSCs.
Non-Unified features
These features will only show based on your current Active LSC. See Switching LSCs to change your Active LSC.
- Invoices will only appear for your Active LSC.
- Rates will only appear for your Active LSC (if the LSC admin has granted visibility).
- Call logs will only appear for your Active LSC.
Switching LSCs
Click on the profile icon in the upper-right-hand corner. Then, click LSCs.

Click Switch LSC to view logs and invoices for the other LSC.
In the resulting pop-up, click Switch LSC to finalize your selection.
Call Permissions
Click on the profile icon in the upper-right-hand corner. Then, click LSCs.

This will open a list of LSCs associated with your account. From this page you can select which LSCs to accept calls for. Click Yes to toggle the selection to No, or vice versa.
