Requestors can be added to more than one account, even across different LSCs, with the same login information.
Multi-account requestors should always use the generic Boostlingo URL when logging into their web portal instead of branded URLs. Click here for a list of generic URLs.
Unified Features
- Appointments for all Accounts are shown in your calendar.
- Calls can be placed from any account.
- Profile information, such as your name and address, will be the same across all Accounts.
Non-Unified Features
- Invoices will only appear for your Active Account.
- Rates will only appear for your Active Account (if the LSC admin has granted visibility).
- Call logs will only appear for your Active Account.
Switching Accounts in the Caller
When placing a call from the Boostlingo web app or mobile device, you can select which account you are calling from by clicking the indicated arrows.
Switching Accounts in the web portal
Click on the profile icon in the upper-right-hand corner. Then, click Accounts.
Select the "Switch Account" option under the Account that you would like to swap to.
In the resulting pop-up, click Switch Account to finalize your selection.
