Auto-Confirmation is a setting that automatically schedules the first interpreter who accepts an appointment. When it is turned off, LSC admins will have to manually confirm an interpreter for an appointment.
This setting can be configured on the system, account, and appointment levels. You can also choose to turn auto-confirmation on or off specifically when there is a conflict in the interpreter's schedule.
System-Level Setting
To turn on Auto-Confirmation on the system level, navigate to Configuration > Company > Appointments and click Edit.
From here, select whether you want to turn on auto confirmation for interpreters:
a) who do not have time conflicts in their schedule.
b) who do have time conflicts in their schedule.
Click Save when you are happy with your selection.
Account-Level Setting
You can override the system-level setting for individual accounts.
Navigate to the Appointments tab of the Account Viewer. Click on the Appointment Auto-confirmation box to update the settings.
Appointment-Level Setting
Regardless of System or Account-Level settings, you can turn Auto-Confirmation On or Off from the Appointment Creation form.
