Requestors can add interpreters directly to a call in Microsoft Teams.
Here is a video guide to joining a Teams Call:
How to join a Teams Call
- A Teams call will always show the text Incoming Teams Call. To connect, click Click to Answer.
Once you accept the call, a new tab will open in your browser. It may take a few seconds for it to load.
- Once the tab loads, configure your Mic and Camera permissions, then click Start call.
After clicking Start Call, you may see the message Waiting to be Admitted. The requestor will need to admit you into the call. Do not close the tab, please wait on this screen for them to accept you as a participant in the Teams call.
- Once you are added to the meeting, you will be able to see the other participants in the call. Don't worry, your duration is still being counted as usual in the Boostlingo portal in the original tab.
