AI Access Policies allow LSC administrators to determine which accounts/requestors can utilize the AI features available through Boostlingo:
- AI Language Detection
- AI Interpreter
- AI Transcriptions and Summaries
Note: If you do not see the option to create an AI Access policy, or if one of the above options is not available, please contact your Account Manager to enable these features.

Creating an AI Access Policy
1. Navigate to Configuration > Company > Customize and select AI Access.
2. Click Create AI Features Policy.
3. Select a Name and optional description, then click Save.
4. Click + Add Feature to select which feature(s) to enable for your customers.
5. Click on the Policy Members tab.
6. Select which requestors and/or accounts to grant access.
7. Create multiple policies to allow different features to be accessible to different customers.
