Filtering Appointments

Underneath the date filter on the Appointment tab, there are optional filters. Please note that the date selection will be maintained when using these filters. 

You can click X to remove a filter from the view, or More to add additional filters. 

Here is a list of filters available for appointments: 

  •  Status
    • Filter by appointment status: New, Broadcasted, Confirm Interpreters, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed, Canceled, or Archived.
  • Communication Type
    • Filter appointments by Communication type: Onsite Consecutive, Scheduled Video Interpreting, Scheduled Telephonic, Onsite Simultaneous, Onsite Whisper, Onsite, or Third Party Platform.
  • Accounts
    •  Select one or more accounts. 
  • Languages
    • Select one or more languages. 
  • Interpreters
    • Select one or more Interpreters. 
  • Time Confirmation
    • Filter for appointments based on whether the interpreter has confirmed the time: Revised By Interpreter, Confirmed By Interpreter, Revised By Admin, Confirmed By Admin, or No actions.
  • Recurrence
    • Filter for appointments based on if they are one-off or in a series. Options: Single or Series.
  • Signatures
    • Filter for appointments based on signature requirements. Options: Not Required, Required - Unsigned, or Signed 
  • Types
    • Based on Appointment Type: New/Initial or Follow-Up
  • Priority
    • Based on the priority set during the appointment creation. Options: Regular, Rush, Emergency, or Special.
  • Appointment Tags
    • Filter based on custom tags that have been added to the appointment.

  • Zones
    • Filter for appointments with designated Zones. 
  • Consumers
    • Filter for any individual consumer that is saved under the Consumers tab of an Account. 
  • Automation
  • Account Invoice
    • Filter based on whether or not the appointment has been added to an invoice. Options: Invoiced
      or Not Invoiced
